The Moon is a short film that I helped produce for a fellow student, Nicole Allen. It is an adaptation of the short story written by the Grimm brothers in the early 1800’s. You can link to the original story here.
Being Producer meant that I first began to break the story down into a series of storyboards. This enabled Nicole to write the final draft of the screenplay, scripting appropriate dialogue and creating the necessary shot list. I also was responsible for gathering/creating costumes as well as several props. We’re still in editing, but I’ll have a link to the film available soon for you to enjoy. In the meantime, you can get a sense of the story by looking at the storyboards.
